WHO ARE THE BAD ASS MEN YOU GO DEEP WITH?
Belonging to a close group of men is an essential part of every balanced man’s path. Not only does it make life easer, its a lot more fun. For many generations, men have gathered to support and learn from each other.
Life today still demands togetherness, but it's easy and seductive to think we can go it alone.
BEING A MAN CAN BE COMPLICATED....
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE
JOIN A SUPPORTIVE GROUP OF BROTHERS
WHO ARE YOU?
You no longer want to do life alone.
You are courageous enough to ask for help.
You want to belong to a group of solid men who you respect.
Your animal-warrior self is ready to play.
You want a place to land where you don't have to perform.
You are ready to bring your unique gifts out into the world.
Premise: Living well requires a few essential skills and qualities that lead to genuine power, joy and balance. In a perfect world we’d all learn and retain these skills. In reality, cultural norms, conditioning and early childhood environments program some of these essential skills out of us, and replace them with faulty operating systems that don’t serve our true nature. Together as men, we’ll explore the messages we’ve received, experiences we've accumulated, the wisdom we carry to support and hold each other accountable to leading more purposeful, joyful, balanced lives.
Structure: Over 10 sessions we’ll explore the following the topics, their significance, what's easy, challenging about them what gets in the way, what we can do to overcome these barriers.
Session 6: Boundaries
Session 7: Presence
Session 8: Stillness
Session 9: Wildness
Session 10: Integration
Session 1: Free Intro/check out group session*
Session 2: Self love
Session 3: Asking for and receiving help
Session 4: Self Connection
Session 5: Authenticity
*Our first meeting will be an opportunity for prospective members to check out the group prior to making a commitment. Following the first meeting, we ask members to commit so that we can create a solid group. The intention is to meet through 2017, and hopefully beyond.
